The scheduling manager was amazing and he is the reason I stayed for as long as I did. But the Branch Managers and HR representation was less than professional. I enjoyed many of the sites I worked at and those people made the job enjoyable. But I wouldn't recommend securitas to anyone for a long term career. The management team at least here locally is some of the most hateful and disrespectful people I have ever worked for. The pay is also on the low side compared to other companies doing the same work.
