Redesigned from the ground up, Final Cut Pro combines revolutionary video editing with powerful media organization and incredible performance to let you create at the speed of thought. Some features require Internet access; fees may apply. Blu-ray recorder required for burning Blu-ray discs.
I've been using Final Cut to edit videos for years, and am very happy with how you do everything. However, I've recently only had problems with the sidebar. I'm wanting to learn how to create a write on affect, but I can't use the sidebar to slide further down the inspector no matter how much I try. I'm disabled and use my mouth to do everything on my computer, but I'm able to use the sidebar on every other app ok.
So this is why I'd love preferences for how thick you want your side bar to be and options for whether you want to keep it visible or not. Other than that, the only other thing that would help would be an iPad version of the app. As a working professional, I appreciate a tool which is super-fast, easy to use although there is a learning curve and allows me to produce work for my customers which is beautifully made. As professional tools go, I really enjoy using it although like any NLE there is the occasional blip.
However, I bought it because I prefer it over the other NLEs, would buy it again given the choice and love the sheer speed advantage once I was up and running.
